Agnes, in the same group, came across her profile while aimlessly scrolling FB. After she read Patrice’s profile, something told her, “That one; she is special!” Agnes slid in those DMs and the Cobua journey began.

First in-person meeting

After months of DMs, texts, voice notes, videos, and calls, Patrice asked Agnes, “So what are you doing this weekend?” They met in person for the first time in the lobby of the Detroit Marriott Southfield. It was “love at first hug” for Patrice.
